Shipping & Returns Policy

We ship Australia wide.  Your order will be delivered via Australia Post Dat a flat rate of $15 per order up to 3 kgs.  Please contact the store to discuss combined shipping orders for multiple orders. 

Orders will be shipped within 24 -48 hours of receipt of payment, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, in which case an additional 24 hours may be required to pack & ship your order. Please allow up to 7 working days delivery time.

We have an inventory of our products and endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date. If, for some reason, an item is not in stock or unavailable you will be notified and given the option to back order, change or cancel the item.

All our products are shipped from Salisbury Downs, South Australia. 

We have a no returns policy for jewellery items or change of mind. 

If the item is deemed faulty, we will refund, exchange or repair as required by law if communication has been made within 7 days of receipt.  A receipt is required. 

The customer is responsible for any costs incurred for returns for any reason. 

All stock will be thoroughly checked before leaving the store to ensure you receive a quality item but we understand that certain circumstances may arise. 

Management reserves the right to make any final decision regarding the return or refund of any items.
